Room Availability and Check In
We are open every day of the week.
Our office hours are from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.
To inquire if a room is available,
you can call the house at 330-253-5400.
Anyone checking into our house must be here by
8:00 pm. Our friendly staff or an on-duty
volunteer will help you register and give
your family a tour of the House and its facilities.
Plan to spend about 30 minutes to complete the
confidential check-in process.
House staff will verify hospital appointments and
periodically review the status of a patient’s
treatment with the hospitals. Exceptions may be
made at the discretion of House staff members.
If no rooms at the House are available, our
staff will recommend nearby alternative housing.
