Thanks to a large team of devoted volunteers, the Ronald McDonald House of Akron offers a supportive, caring and clean home-away-from-home for families with loved ones who are receiving medical care at Akron Children’s Medical Center.
We are proud of the commitment our volunteers make and the outstanding service they offer to families in need. They truly provide “icing on the cake” details during tragic times that help provide a loving environment, strength and hope for our home-away-from-home. Moreover, our volunteers find great satisfaction in the work they do.
